Doctor weaving is defending the governments proposed heath reforms. But he has to fight his corner in a lecture theatre in Cumbria. He is accused amongst other things of painting a picture in a recent interview that its all coming up roses in the Cumbrian heath authority.

This illustration was a joy to do! Cadmium red is a beautiful colour, so vibrant.
